Rajkot is the fourth largest city located in Gujarat and is one of the fastest growing city of the country. The city stands at 22nd position amongst the fastest growing cities in the world. The Rajkot railway station is the main station of Rajkot, Gujarat. It comes under the Western Railways zone of the wide network of Indian Railways. The station has 5 platforms and 9 tracks to cater a number of express trains which passes through this region.
