Traveler food is a platform that is helping passengers while they are travelling across the country by providing them quality food. We know that while travelling people love to it but due to unhygienic food and lack of reachability to their desired vendors they don't get that what they want.
Terms & Conditions
- Traveler food is just a platform between passenger and food provider
- An important thing about traveler food is that you can give us feedback by a single click on it or to call our customer care executive.
- You may access our website without making any registration and can order without sharing your personal detail like your age, gender, address.
- Order should be place before the time of arrival of your Train, Vehicle, and Buses etc
- While ordering customer have to share some details such as , contact no, email id, Seat no, coach no etc
- The payment should be made in advance through payment gateway by online, net banking, ATM card services etc when advance payment is not possible then payment should be cash only.
- While making order customer make it in the mind that we have minimum order amount at different location.
- According to customer requirement we deliver the food on platform and nearby station also.
- If the order is in bulk or more then Rs 1800 then customer have to make 50% payment in advance.
- In case of group order for more than 150 people then the order should be provided minimum 36 hour before the schedule time with all the detail and customer have to pay 50% payment will be in advance.
- If we are not unable to fulfill the order of customer then we will be inform you 30 min. before the delivery time
- Our food provider will provide fresh food only so consume it as soon as possible
- It is requested that all the order should be placed between 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. which is our customer care timing so that we can give you proper attention.
- Generally our delivery timing will be 7:30 am to 10:30 pm (depend upon the location)
- If the train, vehicle, bus etc are delayed due to some reason then also our food provider is ready to deliver the food on delayed time
- If customer wants any kind of changes or cancellation please quote all the detail like contact no and order no.
- If customer will find any kind of deficiency while taking delivery, immediately intimate to traveler food or concerned delivery person.
- If customer will have any quality complain regarding food quality then customer has to inform us with in one hour from the time of delivery then we will replace the food from the coming next station and we will require sample also to take action on our vendor.
- Food provider and we shall not be liable to you for any kind of losses, damages, expenses generated from late delivery
- Traveler food is just a platform between food provider and customer. So we are not liable directly or indirectly any kind of deficiency in services which is related to quality of food.
- Traveler food may revise these all terms& condition without giving any prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund policy
1-If any customer wants to cancel his order then generally it should be cancelled before 1 hour to the schedule time. In such case we will refund 80% amount in the case of advance payment. If order is canceled 6 hour before the schedule time then 90% of amount will be refund.
2- If the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the delivery time and you have paid in advance online, we will re-credit your full amount less a 10% cancellation administrative fee with in 14 days.
3-If the cancellation is made up to 24 hours between the delivery time and you have paid in advance online for bulk booking or order amount more than 10000rs, we will re-credit your full amount less a 25% cancellation administrative fee with in 14 days.
