Summer is here and the heat already prevailed around us

In India, the heatwave has destroyed a number of lives in several cities and it is likely to affect the rest parts of the country. The weathermen are forecasting an upcoming heatwave that might affect people with extreme temperature and suffering. The heatwave has greatly killed lives in 1998 in India where the toll crossed to 2,541, and in 2015 it already crossed 2000+ lives till date. India is affected four times with extreme heat in 1998, 2002, 2003 and 2015, which were recorded as the hottest years in history.

We often hunt for ways to beat such heat and try to stay cool and chilled by drinking the refrigerated drinks and water. Our body releases so much of sweat that we get dehydrated and that requires a lot of water to be consumed. Summer is the perfect time when you can break into the fruit stalls and taste the raw and fresh fruits to stay cooler.
