Passengers are informed to check the class of travel, date of train, origin and destination of the train before boarding the train.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Without ticket travel penalty<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The without ticket travel penalty is not just a set amount for each passenger.<\/p>\n<p>The ordinary fare applies, along with an excess charge, as per the Railways Act. Where there is fraudulent travel or misuse of tickets, there is also the possibility of more serious penalties being imposed, including imprisonment of up to 6 months, a fine (or both) as stipulated by the law (Section 137).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Chain Pulling Fine<\/strong><strong>: When Is It Allowed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The emergency alarm chain used in the train is for a real emergency.
